Chef Miner del Mundo is armed with awards and distinction from several international and national culinary competitions and food expos and a degree in International Culinary and Kitchen Management from New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, U.S.A.,

Chef Miner's international cooking experience includes working overseas in some of the A-list restaurants & hotels in Milan, Italy; Pudong, China; and Manhattan, New York.

Now based in the country, he handles restaurant management and consultancy and helps run the kitchen operations of the Legend Hotels International Inc.; Marriot Hotels, Philippines; Kabayan Hotel - Pasay; and the Bellarocca Island Resort and Spa, Marinduque, to name a few. 

Multi-awarded and truly world-class, Chef Miner del Mundo imparts his kitchen expertise and stellar kitchen experience to Formo – improving that unique and sophisticated dining experience by bringing-in the best of what Continental and Modern American cuisine have to offer. 

Formo's all-new menu is drawn up with carefully-thought-of, handpicked favorites such as the Calamari Scampi, Creme of Wild Mushrooms & Truffles Soup, Prosciutto, Apple and Grapes Salad, Seafood Pomodoro Pasta, Lamb Chops, Pepper Steak and Seared Chilean Sea Bass, among others. Be delighted as you finish-off these fine dishes with Formo's mouth-watering, original-recipe desserts that include signature Apple Cinnamon and Pear Turn Over, Lemon Cream Brulee, Caramel Walnut Cheesecake and Molten Chocolate Cake.
