The 4th BACOLLYWOOD: CINEMA REHIYON, National Independent Film and Video Art Festival which is set to be held in Bacolod City on February 8-11, 2012 is a national event which is a pilot project of the National Commission of Culture and the Arts (NCCA) Committee on Cinema in celebration of the National Arts Month 2012, in conduit with Crossing Negros Cultural Foundation Inc. and produced by Produksyon Tramontina Inc.

The film festival will feature short and full feature films reflective of our culture, produced by emerging Filipino filmmakers and set in various regions of the Philippines. It will bring together stakeholders, professionals and students of the growing independent filmmaking movement and become a venue for discourse and creative learning. The festival will be graced by filmmakers from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
