EO slates entrepreneurs workshop for Cebuanos

CEBU, Philippines — Entrepreneurs Organization Philippines (EO), an exclusive network of businessmen, opened the first Southern Philippines chapter led by young Cebuano entrepreneurs.

As part of its major event following its official launch two months ago, the group announced the holding of an open EO workshop in Cebu to be facilitated by world renowned sales speaker Jack Daly at the Radisson Blu Cebu Hotel on August 5, 2019.

EO Philippines-South president Stanley Yap announced that this is an open entrepreneurs’ workshop event and that non-EO members can join.

“Usually EOs events are exclusive to its members, but this time, we are opening this to non-members to share the gift of learning (how to thrive as entrepreneurs,” said Yap in a press conference yesterday held at Asmara Urban Resort.

Dubbed as “Building A Winning Sales Culture - Driving Towards Hyper Sales Growth, Daly’s presentation will focus on real-world sales and management technologies.

Although it is his first time to speak to entrepreneurs in Cebu, Daly has been helping entrepreneurs in world by his proven, effective techniques and strategies in business bringing his 30 plus years of sales management experience.

Daly made many extraordinary moves in business including building six businesses from scratch into national sized firms, two of which were sold on Wall Street to First Boston and Solomon Brothers.

Aside from Yap, the first EO Philippines-South chapter is also headed by Edward Onglatco Bryan Chua, and Julie Alegrado-Vergara.

At present the new chapter has 19 members and aims to close the year with 40 members.

Although membership is by invitation or nomination, Chua, who is the head for membership said there are a lot business decision makers in Visayas and Mindanao who can qualify with EOs standard membership requirement.

The EO is a dynamic, global peer-to-peer network of more than 13,000 influential business owners in 55 countries.

Founded in 1987 by a group of young entrepreneurs, EO is the catalyst that enables entrepreneurs to learn and grow from each other, leading to greater business success and an enriched personal life.
