According to Faustino, she designed the model unit as a warm and friendly place. This Southern comfort design was her take on having a home that also translates to an investment to one’s wellness in terms of his body, spirit and soul.
Creating a cozy and familiar ambiance that one can easily relate to or fall in love with is the main challenge that she undertook in designing the 136-sqm space. In essence what she envisioned was to create “a haven that is more than just a roof above one’s head but a home that is an extension of the owner’s personality.”
Hannah utilized natural elements in presenting the Woodsville Residences model house as an ideal home set-up in the city. Earth colors were used in both the interior and exterior of the unit, a design preference which works well in natural lighting – casting a calming glow to key areas of the whole house.
