It is offering a special 7.77-percent, five-year fixed rate or the first-year fixed rate of 5.55 percent. Low rates are also available for two, three, four, 10, 15 and 20 years. Aside from the purchase of residential house and/lots, PNB Home Loan can also be used to purchase condominium units, home repairs, renovation, construction, and even refinancing of existing home loans with other banks or loan agencies.
