Data ng PNP Logistics tinangkang i-hack
MANILA, Philippines — Tinangkang i-hack ang Logistic Data and Information Management System ng Philippine National Police (PNP) kahapon ng umaga.
Ayon kay PNP Public Information Office chief PCol. Jean Fajardo, agad nagsagawa ng shutdown ng sistema ang Logistic upang maiwasan ang paglala ng pinsala sa kanilang data.
“At about 10 a.m. today it was reported that yun Logistics Data Information and Management System experienced alleged breach so as initial action yung ating IT officer immediately shutdown po yung system to prevent further damage if any,” ani Fajardo.
Sa inisyal na assessment ng mga IT personnel ng PNP ay wala naman silang nakitang damage sa sistema hanggang nitong hapon.
“When we talk of logistics data information we expect logistical resources of the PNP will somehow will be included in that data so we really have to check kung meron pong breach. Definitely there are information data in the system because when we talk of logistics it encompasses the logistical assets of the PNP,” dagdag pa nito.
