Best practices for family business

MANILA, Philippines - The Center for Global Best Practices (CGBP) is holding a seminar “Best Practices In Family Business Governance & Family Constitutions” on April 6 and 17 at the Edsa Shangri-La Hotel, Mandaluyong City. This 1.5-day special program will feature CGBP Family Business Center program director Ricardo Hizon Mercado, MBA. He will share its extensive research, knowledge, expertise, experiences and lessons learned having been a business owner, stakeholder, and family member and COO of Kentucky Fried Chicken and president of Red Ribbon Franchise Corp. (1996 to 2000). He is the founder and formerly the executive director of the Family Business Development Center of Ateneo de Manila University.
