One-Stop Shop gilusad sa MCWD

CEBU, Philippines - Gilusad sa Metropolitan Cebu Water District kon MCWD ang One-Stop Shop niadtong Biyernes alang sa paghatag  og paspas nga transaksyon ug serbisyo sa mga konsumidor.

Matud ni MCWD Assistant General Manager for operations Ernie Delco, katuyuan sa maong programa ang paghatag og usa ka sentro nga makahatag og saktong impormasyon gikan sa managlahing departamento.

Kaniadto, ang mga konsumidor magbalhin-balhin og opisina depende kun unsa ilang katuyuan.

Ang One-Stop Shop adunay magbantay nga napulo ka representante nga makatubag bisan og unsa nga pangutana kabahin sa pasilidad, mga transaksyon ug serbisyo sa MCWD.

Adunay bag-o nga sistema nga gimuntar  ang MCWD alang sa pagkonektar sa mga departamento sa bag-ong sentro.

Aduna’y siyam ka departamento ang MCWD nga naglakip sa Billing Department, Service Connection Installation Department, Financial Management Department, Project Management Department, Legal Department, Maintenance and Support Services Department, and Water Resources-Knowledge Center.

Matud ni MCWD Chairman of the Board Renato Mercado, makakita siya usahay sa mga tigulang nga konsumidor nga mag-aginod padulong sa fourth floor gamit ang hagdanan tungod sa kahadlok mogamit og elevator.
