Among her noteworthy feats in the realm of entertainment wrestling was being enlisted with the famed group "D-Generation X." She took on both female and male wrestlers (Kurt Angle, Triple H) during her prime. She was once crowned WWF's women champion in 2001 and was twice the Intercontinental Champion (with the second belt, shared with Chris Jericho).
“There are no indications or signs that her death was the result of foul play,” the police told Variety.com. Later Thursday, her verified Facebook and Twitter pages confirmed the news.
After her wrestling career, Laurer went on to become a men's magazine model and an adult film actor. She then moved to Japan to teach English.
According to wrestlezone.com's sources, the wrestler had been on medication for anxiety and sleep deprivation.
