MIAA restrooms

This is with reference to your editorial write-up in the Philippine STAR published today, Sept. 17, entitled “Discomfort Zones.”

We appreciate your article regarding the status of our airport. We are happy to inform you that the Manila International Airport Authority management has long recognized the need to upgrade the terminal comfort room, and we are happy to report that presently all comfort rooms in NAIA Terminal 1 have been improved, creating one look for all restrooms. Meanwhile the NAIA Terminal renovation and upgrading of CR is on-going, in NAIA Terminal 3, likewise improvement of the restrooms is also in progress.
