Congress, convened as the National Board of Canvassers, will begin canvassing votes for president and vice president on Wednesday afternoon. Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte is the clear winner in the presidential race while Camarines Sur Rep. Leni Robredo is leading in the vice presidential race. Sen. Ferdinand Marcos Jr., in second place, has been raising questions on alleged irregularities in vote counting but said earlier this week that he is not alleging cheating.
