Isabel Granada's remains arrive in Manila from Qatar
MANILA, Philippines — The body of actress Isabel Granada has arrived in Manila from Qatar on Thursday morning.
As seen in Facebook posts by Isabel’s former love team partner Chuckie Dreyfus, Isabel’s casket had been brought down from the plane by military personnel and has been clothed with the Philippine flag.
The actress is said to receive military honors as a former second class sergeant in the Philippine Air Force for two years.
The ‘80s star succumbed to brain hemorrhage due to aneurysm last November 4 in Qatar after she suddenly collapsed and went comatose for over a week.
For those who want to pay their respects to the actress, her family will hold a two-day wake from November 10 at the Sanctuario de San Jose Parish in Greenhills East, Mandaluyong City. Her remains will be cremated on November 12.
