NO-NONSENSE FENG SHUI - The Freeman

Yup, there is such a thing as Feng Shui for NGOs. From my personal knowledge and experience, it’s even applicable to one’s private life.

Only three important things count in Non-Government Organization (NGO) Feng Shui. First is institutional building and development. Second is income generation and resources mobilization with sustainable development. And third is beneficiary member recruitment, training and development – but most of all member retention!

These are the three Feng Shui pillars for any NGO, including yourself. How will it be done?

1. Physical Feng Shui of NGO office(s). This entails initial baseline Feng Shui. Then annual maintenance Feng Shui.

2. Feng Shui compliance of office canteen or pantry layout to secure and ensure providential income generation as the primary care for asset management efficiently and effectively. This is the most important of all for any NGO.

3. Feng Shui productivity layout for NGO management and staff workstations and staff houses, if needed, for good health to avoid downtimes. Personnel harmonization feng shui application to all management units to minimize, if not eliminate, counterproductive office politics.

No, this template is not theoretical or textbook feng shui – but dynamic practical feng shui marked to objective conditions the NGO finds itself across the timelines of survival, growth, expansion and even liquidation if needed.

Feng Shui in this regard, enters the real of the senses as a science of scientific management: you can do what is right over and over again profitably. Its only difference from mechanical textbook management teachings is that you do it with honor – especially so for any NGO: profit with honor!

Feng Shui honorably, everyone! Good luck.
