Korean firm putting up $1M tourism site in Clark
CLARK FREEPORT, Pampanga, Philippines – Clark Development Corp. (CDC) announced that another Korean business group is set to infuse $1 million into a tourism related project here.
CDC chairman and concurrent president Eliseo Santiago said he recently signed a deal with Punta LWA Properties Corp., led by its president Seejoo Kim, to develop a tourism project that would feature an iconic hotel by next year.
The project will rise on a 4,443.23-square meter property along C.M. Recto highway corner M.A. Roxas. It involves the construction of a boutique, and villas, with amenities such as a restaurants, coffee shop, cocktail lounges, boutique and wellness center.
The Korean firm will develop and operate the facilities for 25 years.
Punta, which is also into architectural design and construction, has implemented several projects which include the Publicis HQ in Paris, France. It also handled project management of Mercure Hotel, Hado Group HQ, Hado 7 - all in Hanoi, Vietnam, as well as Lotte Jeju Art Villas.
