MCC Checkmate clinics begin Oct. 19

MANILA, Philippines - The final evaluation for the last remaining series of the 2013 Milo-sponsored Checkmate clinics will start at 9 a.m. on Oct. 19 at San Sebastian College-Recoletos Manila at C. M. Recto, Manila.

On tap are fun games like one-on-one against the masters, problem solving contest and competition by levels and age-group.

Medals await the tournament winners while trophies will be awarded to the most disciplined, most improved and promising enrollees wotj trophies courtesy of the event’s chief backer Milo, the country’s No. 1 energy drink.

Meanwhile, special Checkmate classes on Thursdays and Saturdays will start Oct. 24.
