Crown PVC rules ABC Sponsors Cup

MANILA, Philippines - Francis Figuracion, Art Figueras and Jun Cheng of Crown PVC Pipes combined for 2424 to cop the Team Bowler of the Week title in the Architects Bowling Club’s seventh week of Sponsors Cup at the Green Valley lanes in Pasig City last week.

Philflex Wires and Cables, composed of Sonny Esguerra, Nonoy de Jesus and Lito Zubiri pooled a 2423 for second while Greg Mare, Sonny Esguerra and Dante Manglicmot of August Alliance assembled a 2400 to place third in the weekly event sponsored by Boysen and Nation Paints.

Meanwhile, action in the event, backed by Boysen Suede/Knoxout/Perlecente, Supreme Steel Pipes Corp., Morning Sun, Famcor, ProActive Pest Control, Concrete Ventures, HCG Phils., Miraga Trad, Eurodach Roofing, Firefly-Royu, Unitec Pipes, Duraflex THX/TW/THHN, ABC Phils., DN Steel, Moldex Pipes, Homeworks, Atlanta Pipes, Crown Supreme Pipes and Emerald Pipes, resumes at 4 p.m. today for the ABC anniversary bowling tournament, also at the Green Valley lanes.
