PSC tutulong sa mga NSAs sa programa
MANILA, Philippines — Solidong suporta ang ibibigay ng Philippine Sports Commission para sa grassroots sports programs ng mga national sports associations ngayong 2020.
Sinimulan ito ng PSC sa pakikipag-usap sa iba’t ibang sports bodies bilang konsultasyon para sa kanilang budget requirements.
Sa kanilang grassroots programs kagaya ng Children’s Games at Batang Pinoy, sinabi ni PSC chairman William Ramirez na susuportahan nila ang mga NSAs na gusto ring mag-develop ng kanilang mga sports programs.
“We want to help NSAs in their own grassroots sports programs for the country,” wika ni Ramirez sa mga sports associations. “When they conduct a strong, and effective grassroots program, they help us carry out our mandate to make sports accessible to every Filipino, and to develop a strong citizenry, not to mention creating a deep pool from which Elite sports could cull their future stars.”
