Nagsisiksikan sa No. 1 spot ang defending champions De La Salle University, University of Santo Tomas at last year’s runner up National University na may tig-10-2 records.

“Satisfied and happy kasi nakuha namin yung panalo,” ani Lady Tamaraws head coach Manolo Refugia. “Nakaka-boost talaga ng morale yung nanalo kami against sa UST so nag level up yung mindset namin, so yung preparation namin nagiging maganda,”
