2015 Asia-Pacific Taekwondo Invitational tourney sisipa sa Iloilo

MANILA, Philippines – Tatayo bilang punong-abala ang Pilipinas sa 2015 Asia-Pacific Taekwondo Invitational Championships.

Ang pamahalaang lokal ng Iloilo City at ang Phili­ppine Taekwondo Association (PTA) ay nagharap para lagdaan ang Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) para sa hosting ng kompetisyon na may basbas ng World Taekwondo Federation

Ang SM Iloilo City ang paggaganapan ng kompetis­yon at walong bisitang bansa ang makakasukatan ng Pambansang jins sa dalawang araw na torneo.

Kasama sa mga kalahok ang Korea, USA, Guam, Japan, Mongolia at Vietnam.

“This event is a good opportunity for our athletes to display their skills and widen their experience It also provides the Philippines the chance to help promote friendship and camaraderie within the taekwondo family,” wika ni PTA OIC Hong Sung Chon.

Ang mga tinapik para balikatin ang laban ng Pilipinas ay sina Francis Aaron Agojo, Keith Benjamin Sembrano, Christian Al Dela Cruz, Lorenz Chavez, Jenar Torillos, Samuel Thomas Morrison, Eddtone Bob Lumasac, Kristopher Robert Uy, Paul Romero, Enrique Edgardo Mora IV at Wasber Rasad sa kalalakihan.

Sina Irene Therese Bermejo, Levita Ronna Ilao, Darlene Mae Arpon, Camille Bonje, Kirstie Elaine Alora, Mary Anikelav Pelaez, Pauline Louise Lopez, Clouie Bolinas at Gabrielle Antoinette Yuchingtat ang sa kababaihan.

Ang Philippine Sports Commission (PSC), Iloilo City Government, PTA, WTF, Smart, SM at Milo ang mga tumutulong para maisagawa ang kompetisyong ito.
