2 ex-PSC chairman at iba pa kakasuhan ng PSC

Russell Cadayona - Pilipino Star Ngayon

“It was approved by the (PSC) Board and from the recommendation and notices from COA (Commission on Audit) that PSC should file cases to past officers, past employees because of their unliquidated past cash advances,” wika kahapon ni Garcia.

“It is not a matter of choice, it is a matter of obligation,” sabi ni Garcia. “We are obligated to file these cases even to employees that have cash advances in small amount like in hundred pesos, thousand pesos and some are in the millions.”

“I just hope that these people will not take it against me. Trabaho lang ito at ang suggestion ko is they settle their accounts as fast as they can before they can be serve warrants of arrest. But it will take a little time because it will be filed first in the Ombudsman,” ani Garcia.
