PHILSOC, pinagsusumite ng liquidation

-

“Thus, it is very clear that the sports equipment turned over by PHILSOC to PSC in exchange for the FA (financial assistance) extended to them pertains to the P100 million deposit for the purchase of equipment through opening of LCs and not part of the P167,634,507.50 funds released to PHILSOC as Operational Fund, thus PHILSOC’s argument is misplaced,” wika ng COA official.

“Failure to do so, this office shall be constraint to recommend appropriate legal action on this matter,” babala ni Lipana sa PHILSOC. (RC)
