Kusina Ilokandia 2013

MANILA, Philippines - The Kusina Ilokandia 2013, scheduled on Sept. 20-21, at the San Juan Gym, San Juan La Union, will showcase some of the mouth-watering, famous recipes of the Ilocanos.

The 2-day activity will showcase the regions pride on Ilocano cuisine. The event, with the theme: Kusina Ilocandia : Unwrapping Ilocandia’s Finest in Culinary Expertise and Creativity towards Global Standard and Competence, is expected to draw about 3,000 participants from various culinary schools, hotels and restaurants, culinary suppliers and providers, enthusiasts, participants and competitors from the culinary industry in Region I.
