MANILA, Philippines — Former Sen. Richard "Dick" Gordon is eyeing another term in Senate in filing his certificate of candidacy on Friday.
Gordon, chair of the Philippine Red Cross, insisted that voters should not only go for popular names in their ballots, but must consider credentials.
