Man’s best attribute

When our light goes out, a spark of kindness from others can rekindle it. For kindness lightens burden, eases life pains. Kindness is a powerful, positive force that can influence one’s life, change a person.

Kindness can be manifested in small, big, simple, grand ways, i.e. sharing expertise, extending material, medical, financial aid, assisting others, giving advice, a smile and kind, inspiring words.

Kindness helps us “let our light shine before  others.” It gives a welcoming spirit and feeling of acceptance. Kindness is a privilege, the best way to pass forward the  blessings received. Kindness emits that wonderful feeling that there’s still a lot of goodness in our world wracked by wars, conflicts, terrorism, greed and corruption, the gigantic  triggers of poverty, which breeds all kinds of violence against mankind.

If only kindness is practiced by us, the world’s grave social, political, economic crises will be hugely lessened. A great British writer, Roald Dahl, puts kindness as man’s BEST attribute. Truthfully, random acts of kindness have that awesome powerful impact to change and better this world for all.
