Thoughts to guide us by (For March 2020)
In the midst of darkness and uncertainty over COVID-19 virus that hit countries worldwide, it’s understandable for people to feel breathless with anxiety. To be overwhelmed. To face life ahead with fear. COVID-19 is a dreadful, uncharted epidemic that popped up so unexpectedly, alarmingly!
Who can we turn to during this parlous time ... but God, our sole solace, comfort. Our best ally to strengthen us, deliver us through these times of turbulence. He is our reservoir of strength... anchor in times of storms, tempests!
It puts our faith to severest test. We must cling to God, follow Him and put our trust on Him. To walk by faith, not by sight.
With infinite faith, miracles can happen in this boulevard of life.
Without faith, nothing is possible!
Be consoled that no matter how strong the storms of life is, the clouds will dissipate... and the bright sun will surely come shining through. For life is a tapestry of dark and light spots... everything is temporary!
