BETTING: Immediately after the announcement that the long awaited megafight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather is on, talks about betting on either fighter started making the rounds in many places including cockpits and casinos. This was learned by an Ear informer.

STAGGERING. Our informer said amounts of bets being talked about are hefty and staggering which do not raise eyebrows since the bettors are said to be moneyed.
