SEX WORKER. A Cebuana commercial sex worker (just retired) wants to be a nun. An elderly nun (she calls her madre superiora) whom she approached for advice and help was shocked after she confided to her (nun) "the kind of girl I am" (girl she calls herself because she is only 17).

HELPLESS. The nun told an Ear informer she was happy about the girl's intention but she was helpless as to what to do. Our informer suggested to the elderly nun to see the archbishop if it was not an improper thing to do.
