Scribe's nephew-in-law, 61

MANILA, Philippines - Alejandro “Narding” Santos of Masantol and San Fernando in Pampanga died of heart failure Wednesday at the Mt. Carmel Hospital in San Fernando. He was 61.

He is survived by his wife Angelina (nee Tecson), children Ethel, Tina and Eric and Ann and grandson Amiel.

The remains of Santos, nephew of Anita Alinea, wife of Philippine Gazette sports editor Eddie Alinea, lie in state at the Good Shepherd Memorial Chapel in San Fernando.

Interment will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at the Eternal Peace Memorial Park, also in San Fernando.
