MANILA, Philippines — Former defense secretary Gilbert “Gibo” Teodoro continued helping victims of Super Typhoon Odette in the Visayas by providing them potable water.

After Cebu, Teodoro and a team of volunteers will proceed to Negros Occidental and Leyte, where communities were also devastated by the typhoon.

Among the barangays in Cebu that benefited from the assistance distributed by the Gibo Teodoro volunteers were Binaliw, Capitol Site, Cogon Pardo, Mambaling and Pasil.

The Gibo Teodoro assistance in Cebu was supported by Cebu Gov. Gwen Garcia, Cebu City mayoral aspirant Margot Osmeña, Barangay Capitol Site chief Manuel Guanzon and former presidential assistant for the Visayas Felix Guanzon.

Teodoro urged everyone to pray for the typhoon victims and help alleviate their condition.
