Store owner caught selling fake vax card

MANILA, Philippines — A sari-sari store owner was arrested for allegedly selling a fake COVID-19 vaccination card for P500 in Caloocan, Mayor Oscar Malapitan said on Friday night.
Benjamin Marilao, 52, was caught in an entrapment operation in Barangay Bagong Silang on Nov. 7.
Police recovered more fake vaccination cards from Marilao and the computer he reportedly used to produce them, according to Malapitan.
Marilao faces charges of falsification of public documents.
