Meanwhile, Naguilian, Aringay, Tubao and Agoo were downgraded to general community quarantine for two weeks starting today.

The five towns have been under MECQ since April 6 amid a surge in cases.

Luna Mayor Rachel Pinzon was among those who had contracted the virus.

The active cases in the town was down to 86 on Monday compared to 90 on April 5.

The number of active COVID-19 cases in Naguilian also dropped to 44; Aringay, 84, and Tubao, 68, as of Tuesday.

Bangar and Bauang will remain under MECQ until April 26.

In Pangasinan, Mayor Jogane Rarang of Anda issued an executive order placing Purok 5 in Barangay Tondol under indefinite lockdown as the number of COVID-19 cases rose.
