CABANATUAN CITY, Philippines — A suspected drug dealer was killed in a sting in Nueva Ecija yesterday.

Col. Marvin Joe Saro, provincial police director, said Reymar Cadigoy engaged undercover agents in a shootout in Barangay San Jose, Jaen at around 3:30 a.m.

In Pampanga, more than 200 grams of shabu with an estimated street value of P1.39 million were allegedly recovered from Sunny Pele, Ashraf Tumawis and Michael Garcia in a drug bust in Angeles City on Thursday.

Police said ”high-value” target Joel Marimla yielded P465,000 worth of shabu during a raid on a drug den in Barangay Sta. Trinidad, also in Angeles City.

Twenty-three other suspects were arrested in simultaneous anti-drug operations in Bulacan on Friday.
