BUTUAN CITY, Philippines — Unidentified men burned a payloader being used for a government project in Sitio Lower Sangay, Barangay Anomar, Surigao City on Monday night.
Police said the perpetrators poured gasoline on the construction equipment before setting it on fire.
Rey Radin, the owner of the payloader, said the equipment was worth P3.9 million.
