NORTH COTABATO, Philippines — Three persons were wounded in a grenade explosion in Barangay Bagolibas in Aleosan town on Monday.
Eleuterio, 64; Randy, 44, and Genie, 13, all surnamed Cantomayor, suffered shrapnel wounds in various parts of their bodies.
The victims were attending the birthday celebration of their relative when a motorcycle rider arrived and hurled a fragmentation grenade.
Probers have yet to identify the perpetrators and the motive for the attack.
