Boy, 12, hurt in crocodile attack

MANILA, Philippines — A 12-year-old boy was injured in a crocodile attack in Balabac, Palawan on Friday.

Diego Abdulhasan and his brother were taking a bath in a river in Barangay Pasig when the crocodile bit his arm, according to Superintendent Socrates Faltado,  spokesperson for the  Mimaropa (Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon and Palawan) police.

Abdulhasan’s father arrived and rescued him.
