New Comelec commissioner takes oath
Antonio Kho Jr. was sworn into office by Comelec Chairman Sheriff Abas.

MANILA, Philippines — President Duterte’s fraternity brother, former justice undersecretary Antonio Kho Jr.,  yesterday took his oath as commissioner of the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Kho was sworn into office by Comelec Chairman Sheriff Abas.

Kho is the fourth appointee of Duterte to the poll body. 

Comelec officials and employees welcomed the appoinment of Kho.
