ZAMBOANGA CITY, Philippines – Two motorcycle-riding men, believed to be hired killers, gunned down a public high school principal in Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur yesterday morning, police said.
Police said Dindo Barsi, principal of the Pagadian National High School, was about to enter the school gate when he was shot in the head.
