BALANGA CITY, Philippines – Former showbiz personality – turned-businessman Juan Miguel “Onemig” Bondoc is running for congressman in the second district of Bataan under the Aksyon Demokratiko Party.
Bondoc filed his certificate of candidacy (COC) last Friday. He is running against Bataan Gov. Enrique Garcia Jr. and former Bataan Association of Barangay Councils (ABC) president Pablo Roman Jr., eldest son of the late congressman Pablo Roman Sr.
Bataan Rep. Albert Garcia and former Bataan governor Leonardo Roman also filed their COCs for Bataan governor.
Second district Rep. Herminia Roman is running for reelection.
