Philippine National Police chief Avelino Razon Jr., denies that a C4 explosive was the cause of the bomb blast that destroyed a part of the popular Glorietta mall in Makati that killed nine people yesterday.
Razon said that they have yet to determine the components of the alledge bomb that exploded around 1:30 p.m yesterday at the vicinity of Glorietta 2 and Park Square.
The US Embassy meanwhile expressed their saddness over the blast and that they are willing to assist in any possible with the investigation.
