Bus collides with truck; 12 injured

TUBA, Benguet – Twelve people were injured when a bus bound for the lowlands smashed into a dump truck heading for Baguio City along Kennon Road last Friday afternoon, authorities said.

The Office of Civil Defense (OCD)-Cordillera and the private emergency group Operation 911 said the head-on collision occurred when an Amianan bus with license plate AVR-433 reportedly overtook another vehicle along a curve at Camp 5 on Kennon Road and crashed into the truck. – Artemio Dumlao
