Mindoro councilor runs amuck in videoke bar

CAMP WINSTON EBERSOLE, San Jose, Mindoro Occidental — A councilor of Mamburao town this province went amuck inside a videoke bar before midnight Saturday, fatally shooting two people, including a 14-year-old boy, and wounding two others, police said.

Senior Superintendent Renato Ramos, provincial police director, said his men are now hunting councilor Segundo Maguad Jr. who fled after the shooting.

Ramos said Maguad and his friends, who were already drunk, requested the bar owner to sing but the latter refused.
