25 killed in jeep-bus collisions

Twenty-five people, including two children, were killed and more than 24 others were injured when two jeepneys, one of them carrying excursionists from Baguio City, collided with passenger buses in Pangasinan and Quezon last Saturday, authorities said.

Eighteen of the fatalities were reported in the collision of a jeepney and a Victory Liner bus along the national highway in Barangay Rabon in San Fabian, Pangasinan at about 7 p.m. Saturday. At least 24 other people were hurt in the mishap.
