MANILA, Philippines - Two men were arrested in a drug bust at a mall in Taguig City Sunday night.
Three sachets of shabu were allegedly confiscated from Francisco Balbacal and Dale Buenaventura, who reportedly tried to sell them to undercover police officers.
Police officers also seized P3,000 from Balbacal.
