Police stop motorcyclist, find marijuana cigarettes

CEBU, Philippines - Police arrested a 21-year-old man for possession of three hand-rolled marijuana cigarettes Friday evening at the Cebu South Coastal Road in barangay Linao, Talisay City.

Arrested by SPO2 Arlan Carillo and PO1 James Cabrillos was John Jade Obeso, of barangay Tubod, Minglanilla town.

The police stopped Obeso for driving a motorcycle without a plate number.

He also failed to show a driver’s license.

When frisked, Obeso yielded marijuana.

The police issued Obeso a Temporary Operator’s Permit (TOP) and will file a case against him for possessing marijuana.  (FREEMAN)
