Talisay has limited slots for applicants

CEBU, Philippines - Not all job order applicants in Talisay City hall will be accommodated.

There are just too many of them.

Vice Mayor-elect Romeo Villarante said there isn't enough room for everybody and has asked those who cannot be accommodated to understand the situation.

He said the city has 1,286 job orders in its employ and the incoming administration has already accepted 1,000.

He said some workers might be given one to three months of work but those who are skilled and show to be good workers might stay longer. (FREEMAN)
