Globe launches new look for corporate website

MANILA, Philippines –  True to its thrust to provide superior customer experience, Globe relaunches its corporate website with a new look that allows users to have a more personalized online experience.

The new website layout uses the sentence interface “I Want” which allows users to choose from the various Globe products and services via the dropdown menu located on the homepage. From choosing a postpaid plan or a mobile phone, being updated with the latest prepaid and broadband offers, getting information on rewards programs, to viewing bills and availing of roaming services, online users are exposed to offers that are relevant to them.

Once the “I Want” dropdown interface is used, the options become more specific and detailed, until the user is able to find what Globe product or service he or she is looking for.

“The old layout contained too much information. Users had a hard time figuring out where to go or what to click next to find what exactly what they need,” shared Bunny Aguilar, head of Convergent Communication Channels. “With this new look, we are empowering our online customers to find a Globe product or service that they need at a faster pace, enabled by a platform that is more user-friendly and convenient.”

The available options on the dropdown menu are based on the most viewed or searched for content in the website, for a seamless navigational user experience.

“Through this new website layout, our priority is to provide our users the simplest and hassle-free way to get into a product or information that they need, instead of just pushing offers that they don’t really need,” said Aguilar.

The website redesign is also part of the ongoing efforts of Globe to personalize the consumer experience, where customers are given the freedom to enjoy products and services that fit their needs and lifestyle. Its newly-launched thematic campaign, “Enjoy Your Globe, Your Way” admonishes customers to break out of restrictions to fully enjoy Globe services, their way.
