An evening of music and fellowship

“I think I began learning long ago that those who are happiest are those who do the most for others.” — Booker T. Washington

True to the commitment of the Johan Strauss Society of the Philippines (JSSP) of offering quality fellowships for its members, sponsors, benefactors and friends, a most enjoyable evening of music and fellowship was organized by JSSP president Consul Fortune Ledesma, ably assisted by JSSP chairperson Nini Layug and co-chair Consul Agnes Huibonhua. Committee members included Chit Gohu, Fanny Blanco, Clare Palabyab, Alice Samson, Nympha Valencia and Ed Yap. The affair was held at the luxurious penthouse of Gercon Plaza owned by Gerry Contreras. The elegant venue resplendently decorated with red roses elicited admiration from members of the diplomatic corps, Manila’s elite society and friends. The event was also an occasion to induct new members: Annabelle Adriano, Pilar Aldanese, Lilibeth Campos, Johnny Carlos, Naty Golez, Jorge Hizon, Ed and Tess Tumangan, Raul Sunico and Johnny Valdes.

Congratulations!
