MANILA, Philippines — Key government institutions maintained "good" net satisfaction ratings in the fourth quarter of 2016, according to the Social Weather Stations (SWS) survey released on Thursday.

President Rodrigo Duterte's Cabinet earned a +32 net satisfaction rating in the latest survey with 50 percent of the respondents saying they were satisfied while 17 percent were dissatisfied.

The president's Cabinet maintained its "good" rating despite a four-point drop from its +36 net satisfaction rating last September.

SWS classifies net satisfaction ratings of +30 to +49 as "good."

The Senate also garnered a "good" +48 net satisfaction score. The survey found that 63 percent were satisfied with the Senate's performance while 15 percent were dissatisfied.

Meanwhile, 52 percent of the respondents said that they were satisfied with the performance of the House of Representatives while 17 percent were dissatisfied, giving it a +36 net satisfaction rating.

The Supreme Court also gained a "good" net satisfaction rating of +38 with 56 percent of respondents saying they were satisfied while 18 percent said they were dissatisfied.

The survey was conducted from December 3 to 6 using face-to-face interviews among 1,500 nationwide and with a ±3 sampling error margin.
