LIVE: Oral arguments on Torre de Manila case

MANILA, Philippines — The Supreme Court will resume its fifth round of oral arguments on the case involving Torre de Manila’s developer DMCI Homes Inc. and the Knights of Rizal on Tuesday afternoon.

The proceedings will resume at 3 p.m. with the continuation of the interpellation of the City of Manila’s legal officer Jose Alberto Flaminiano.

Last week, Justice Francis Jardaleza also interpellated Flaminiano.
