MANILA, Philippines — The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee is set to commence its investigation on the alleged overpricing of the Iloilo Convention Center construction project on Thursday.
Senate President Franklin Drilon and his accusers are expected to attend the hearing, scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m.
